This notification is to inform parties considering applications for loan funding from either the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund or Clean Water State Revolving Fund about the new Intended Use Plan (IUP) project solicitation process for the 2025 State Fiscal Year.? Current "in process" applications, approved applications without closed loan documents, approved projects in the design and/or construction phase, lead service line projects, and emerging contaminants projects from the SFY 2024 IUP will continue to be listed on the new SFY 2025 IUPs.? Any other projects on the SFY 2024 IUPs will be removed from the lists.?

The Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) will post the commencement date for the SFY 2025 IUP project solicitation process on its website. It is anticipated that the solicitation process for the SFY 2025 IUP will begin on approximately January 18, 2024 and remain open until March 4, 2024.? Prospective applicants planning to apply for SRF loan funds in SFY 2025 must complete the appropriate program?s new ?Needs Survey '' for each project for which they plan to apply for loan funds.?
