In case you missed it, the Supreme Court STILL needs an enforceable code of ethics. Will you read this email Mark sent last month about his work to clean up the mess at the Court and consider donating to support his efforts to get it done?

Folks,
You’ve probably seen by now that the Supreme Court announced a code of ethics for themselves. I’ve been fighting to hold SCOTUS to a basic code of ethics for years now, so frankly, I’m pleased to see this progress. But here’s the thing: In the Supreme Court’s plan, there’s no way to enforce the rules.
Our Justices have established a self-policing system, which doesn’t inspire much confidence considering the right-wing Supreme Court’s never ending cycle of ethical violations that we’ve witnessed this year. Essentially, the Court has made its members their own judge and jury.
So, folks, we keep fighting. We keep moving forward and continue pushing Congress to pass my SCERT Act to make sure our Supreme Court Justices are finally held to an enforceable code of ethics.
If we don’t fix things at the Court, public trust will continue to crumble. Will you consider contributing anything you can afford so I can continue my work in the Senate to fight for real ethics reform at the Supreme Court and clean up its reputation?

Anything you donate not only fuels my work to restore integrity at SCOTUS, but it gives me the resources I need to help Democrats win big in 2024 so we can stop Republicans from stacking the Supreme Court with dangerous, conservative justices.
Thank you,
Mark Warner
