Our country is facing a myriad of monumental threats, from a wannabe dictator and criminal who is running away with the Republican presidential nomination to a climate in crisis — and a House GOP more focused on railroading our democracy than passing legislation to help working families and New Jerseyans. 

On top of it all, I'm up for re-election, and fighting to continue delivering progress for working families. When running for Congress, what matters is a person's character, integrity, work ethic, and most importantly, what they do for others.

From Mayor of Paterson to Congress, I've burned the midnight oil to deliver progress for New Jersey's working families — to fight corporate greed and protect consumers, fix our unfair tax system, invest in education and public safety, improve our roads and bridges, protect reproductive rights, support our veterans, lower inflation, uplift the middle class, boost clean energy, and much more. 

My Italian-American immigrant grandparents taught me to be a bridge builder, to make society better, and most of all, they taught me not to say things unless you can do them, and unless you’re willing to fight for them.

And I’m telling you now: to win this race and continue fighting for our seniors, children, and families, I'm going to work my tail off like I always do, friend.
