I’ll get right to it: Five unelected, unaccountable Supreme Court Justices could soon strike down the Affordable Care Act, gut birth control access, and end Roe v. Wade as we know it. If health care is a priority for you this year, invest in the movement to reclaim the Court.

Since his election, Trump and the far-right have done everything in their power to restrict access to life-saving health care.

They’ve tried to repeal the Affordable Care Act dozens of times in Congress.
They’ve passed sweeping state-level abortion bans.
They’ve made it easier for employers to deny employees access to affordable birth control.
They’ve brought yet another lawsuit to strike down the Affordable Care Act in court.

And they will stop at nothing to take our health care system backwards, ripping care away from millions of people and restricting reproductive rights.

Now with the addition of Trump’s two illegitimate justices, they have a new and powerful ally: Trump’s hijacked Supreme Court. Millions have rallied in the streets and called Congress in support of the Affordable Care Act and access to reproductive health care, yet both of them could soon be overturned by five Republican men on the Supreme Court.

All of our debates about the best way to expand health care coverage will amount to nothing if we don’t rebalance the Court. Can you rush a $25 contribution to fund the progressive courts movement today?

The Supreme Court is not impartial and it is not “above politics” — it is a tool the far-right uses to advance its agenda through stolen-seat judges and conservative ideologues.
