John,
Together, we’re growing our ceasefire movement in the halls of Congress, and in states, cities, and towns across the country. We’re speaking out―for our shared humanity and against apartheid, genocide, and the blockade depriving Gaza’s residents of essential survival needs like water.
Anti-Palestinian group AIPAC plans to spend $100 million in an attempt to defeat ceasefire candidates at all levels of office. So we’ve got to defend not only members of Congress, but also leaders on the state and local level, from State Representatives to County Commissioners.
Split a donation today between 7 courageous state and local elected officials and candidates who are leaders in our ceasefire movement and who need our support today.

We need more people in public office at all levels who value life, who stand up for human rights and clearly denounce war crimes. In this time when dehumanization is endangering our communities, it’s vital to keep elected officials in office who see everyone as worthy of life and of dignity.
Thank you for being a critical member of our movement for humanity.
In love and solidarity,
Rashida

John,
Across the country, local and state lawmakers are facing pressure to stay silent as the U.S. government supports the genocide of Palestinians. But many are courageously speaking up for our shared humanity, heeding the calls of their constituents and advocating for a ceasefire.
We must defend the legislators who are leading the ceasefire movement.
Anti-Palestinian group AIPAC has pledged to spend $100 million in an attempt to defeat lawmakers at all levels of office who are speaking out and joining our calls for a permanent ceasefire.
While some of our allies in Congress are able to rally national support for re-election campaigns, that is much more difficult for state and local elected officials who must also be prepared to counter relentless attacks.
Will you split a contribution today between these 7 state and local elected officials and candidates who are leaders in the ceasefire movement?
These state and local leaders for a ceasefire include:
-
Colorado State Representative Iman Jodeh
-
Delaware State Representative Madinah Wilson-Anton
-
New York Assemblymember Zohran Mamdani
-
Ohio State Representative Munira Abdullahi
-
Illinois State Representative Abdelnasser Rashid
-
Durham County North Carolina Commissioner Nida Allam
-
Candidate for Michigan State Representative Layla Taha
We need more elected leaders standing up for human rights and clearly denouncing war crimes at all levels of government. They are speaking out against the Israeli government’s actions in cutting off Gaza’s clean water, food, electricity, and medical supplies.
With relentless and indiscriminate attacks, using U.S. bombs, Israel’s government has displaced 2 million people in Gaza and killed more than 24,000 Palestinians, mainly women and children.
This week, most U.S. Senators voted against a resolution that would have required a U.S. State Department investigation into human rights violations in Gaza. Most Senators have also voted to send billions more U.S. taxpayer dollars to Israel’s military, without any conditions on whether the military upholds human rights.
We need more people in public office at all levels who value life, no matter people’s ethnicity or faith or racial background. And we must defend the elected leaders who actually represent their constituents, the majority of whom are crying out for an end to this violence.

Thank you for being a critical part of our movement to save lives and stop this genocide.
In solidarity,
Rashida
