[1]Lucas Kunce for U.S. Senate

There was a lot of exciting news happening in Missouri
yesterday, John, but I wanted to
share one more quick update from our campaign before the weekend:

[ [link removed] ]Photo of Lucas with a supporter. Headline from January 18, 2024: Lucas
Kunce raises over $5.4 million in 2023 for campaign against Josh Hawley,
the largest ever off-year fundraising haul for a Missouri Senate
challenger.

165,000 donations. $33 average. Donors from every single Missouri county.

And we just had our best quarter yet: $1.54 million raised in Q4 2023
without a cent from corporate PACs, federal lobbyists, or Big Oil + Big
Pharma execs.

Your support helped us build a worker-led, people-powered, record-breaking
coalition to defeat Josh Hawley last year — and I’m so proud of everything
we accomplished together,
John.

We’ve united organized labor behind our campaign. We’ve held events with
hundreds of supporters at a time across rural, urban, and suburban
Missouri. And we’ve broken fundraising records quarter after quarter —
forcing the national insiders propping up Hawley’s campaign to bail him
out time and time again.

[ [link removed] ]Headline from the Labor Tribune: Missouri Fire Fighters endorse Lucas
Kunce. Excerpt: In the past, the Missouri State Council of Fire Fighters
has endorsed [Republican] Senators... This cycle, they have endorsed Lucas
Kunce for Senate [which] speaks to his unique ability to earn the votes of
independents and split-ticket voters. TIME Magazine headline: Lucas Kunce,
A clean-cut, populist Marine vet who could give Democrats a fighting
chance in Missouri.

Now, Josh Hawley is running scared. Again.

Multiple polls show this race already within the margin of error. And on
top of that, a poll from Morning Consult just weeks ago found Josh Hawley
has the lowest approval rating of any GOP U.S. Senator running for
re-election in 2024 — even worse than Ted Cruz in Texas and Rick Scott in
Florida.

[ [link removed] ]St. Louis Post-Dispatch headline: New poll touts Lucas Kunce's chance
of upsetting Josh Hawley. Poll 1: Lucas Kunce 43%, Josh Hawley 44%, Margin
of Error +/- 3% | Poll 2: Lucas Kunce 42%, Josh Hawley 46%, Margin of
Error +/- 4.9%

We’ve made Missouri our best chance to flip a GOP-held U.S. Senate seat in
2024 — and now, we’ve got to keep building on that momentum.

[ [link removed] ]So please, will you join our movement to flip
Missouri’s U.S. Senate seat by adding a donation of $10 or
whatever you think is best toward my campaign today? I’m not taking a cent
from corporate PACs in this race, so I mean it when I say anything you can
give will make a big impact.
