Hey there, John.
This is an existential fight. And that can feel heavy.
We’re up against massive fossil fuel giants with deep pockets and an army of political lobbyists at their beck and call. Even though I’ve been at this as long as I have, there are days when I wonder if we're even making a dent. But we can’t give up.
Not now, not ever. The work we’re doing here is more critical now than ever. Together, we’re advancing policies that tackle the climate crisis at its roots — the fossil fuel industry. At the same time, we’re electing climate champions up and down the ballot, and calling out elected officials who prioritize short-term profit over a livable future for all of our communities.
None of us can do this work alone, and I’m honored to consider you a partner in this work. So, I want to hear from you. On those tough days, how do you stay motivated for climate justice? Is it thinking about the next generation? The strength and resilience of our community? Perhaps a personal experience that made you think differently? I’ve had my share of wake-up calls and moments that kept me going.
I want to hear yours.
Your stories not only inspire me, but they’re what keeps our movement powerful. There is no right or wrong answer, John. Click here to tell me what fuels your passion for saving our planet.

I’m sure you’ve heard me say this before, but I truly believe activism is the antidote to despair and it helps even more to know you’re in it with me, too.
Thank you,
Jane Fonda
