Jamaal Bowman’s so-called Democratic opponent George Latimer is having a big fundraising event this weekend hosted by a pro-Trump GOP donor.

The New York Daily News reported yesterday that full-blown MAGA supporter and insurance mogul Alex Dubitsky is inviting friends to pay up to $6,600 a person to have brunch to “boost” Latimer’s campaign on Sunday.

With Latimer being bankrolled by right-wing groups like AIPAC and this donor, who gave $15,000 to Trump and nearly $20,000 to the Republican National Committee, it’s safe to say he doesn’t belong in a Democratic primary.

It’s obvious: the right is coming after Jamaal for being one of the few courageous progressives in Congress fighting for Black and brown communities, Palestinian human rights, reproductive freedom, and economic justice.
