Look, I don’t believe that San Diego voters want an extremist like Bill Wells representing them in Congress. The man opposes abortion under all circumstances, wants to ban same-sex marriage, denies the realities of climage change, and hero-worships Donald Trump. 

But I also don’t believe in taking a single vote for granted – and with stakes this high, it would be reckless to ignore the fact that my opponent has raised half a million dollars in his effort to unseat me.
