This cutting-edge navigation system is designed to seamlessly connect Hoosiers to a myriad of workforce opportunities and training programs, all in one centralized hub!

This site offers connections to free resources and training in high-demand, high-wage industries such as:

⚡ microelectronics and semiconductors
🚗 electric vehicles and mobility systems 
🤖 smart manufacturing and robotics
🔋 clean and alternative energy production

What about those more interested in leveling up in more established industries like healthcare, education, public safety, and skilled trades? This hub has that covered, too.

There are even real, live human Navigators on-call on the site to help connect workers with the right resources.
