Being a military wife isn’t easy.



While my husband Pat was fighting for our country as a Green Beret, I was at
home reassuring our daughters that he would come home safe.



There were missed holidays, birthdays, and celebrations. There were tears from
my children asking where Daddy was.



But I reassured them that their father was doing something bigger than all of
us: he was fighting for our country and their future.



Now that Pat’s home for good I’m not going to lie, things have gotten a little
easier. It’s amazing seeing what a wonderful husband and father he is every day.



And just because he’s off the battlefield doesn’t mean he’s finished fighting
for our daughters’ futures.



Pat is running for Congress because he believes that America needs more
leaders and less politicians. He knows better than the elitist lawyers and
billionaires in Washington DC ever will that freedom isn't free.



But since Pat is an unapologetic conservative and defender of freedom, the
radical Left has put a target on his back.
