Efforts Made to Take Biden off the Ballot in Illinois

Dear John,

This week, objections were filed against Biden's Illinois petitions in efforts to remove him from the ballot!

One challenge asserts that by Biden having a WDC notary notarize his petitions he broke Illinois election law, which requires an Illinois licensed notary.

A second, more damaging objection uses Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and states that Biden has aided our enemies, making him ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States, let alone any office.

The implications of these objections are huge!

Democrat efforts to remove Trump from the ballot could rebound on them and cripple the Biden campaign. With Illinois being such a blue state, Biden has most likely been counting on these electoral votes. Not having them could be a punch in the gut to the campaign. Also, if successful, these efforts could have a ripple effect across conservative states.

At the very least, this will put pressure on the Supreme Court to make a fair and just decision in the Feb 8 hearing of the Trump removal case.
