John,

Today is the March for Life – marking the 51st anniversary of Roe v. Wade.

The Supreme Court struck down Roe, but President Biden is once again trying to make Roe permanent.

Now the Supreme Court has taken up TWO major abortion cases involving Biden's nefarious attempts to expand abortion.

President Biden is violating federal law and ignoring the Constitution to expand the use of abortion pills – which kill more babies than any other kind of abortion. Biden's DOJ has also filed a lawsuit to overturn a state law banning abortion, even though the Supreme Court made clear that abortion is a state – not federal – issue.

These new Supreme Court cases could devastate the abortion industry and President Biden's plot to ignore the Constitution and drastically expand abortion.

At the ACLJ, we defeated attempts by the Deep State to ban pro-lifers from wearing pro-life apparel in federal museums during last year's March for Life.

Now, as we celebrate the March for Life, we're also preparing vital amicus briefs in both of these Supreme Court cases to defeat Biden's unconstitutional expansion of abortion. Our deadlines are looming. Right now we need you to take action with us.

Will you stand with us as unborn babies' last line of defense at the Supreme Court?

Sign Petition: Defeat Abortion at the Supreme Court.
