Most people could tell you there are nine justices on the Supreme Court. But what if we told you there was a 10th justice?

Yes, we’re referring to Ginni Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and arguably the 10th justice to the Supreme Court.

This is NOT what Hank had in mind when he introduced his bill to expand the Supreme Court. When Hank says he’s fighting to expand the court, it’s to counter the corruption and chaos brought by extremists, not to encourage it.

For years, Clarence and Ginni Thomas have spelled bad news for our democracy. Ginni uses her position to collect and bankroll their household, often from the groups who are benefitting from Clarence Thomas' rulings.
