Hi John, today’s a big day here at Sister District:
We’re thrilled to release our 2023 Impact Report! This annual report details all that we’ve accomplished over the past year and reflects the unwavering dedication of this community to our mission of building durable power in state legislatures.
Thanks to your time, energy, and investment, we propelled 8 out of 10 candidates to victory — flipping the Virginia House, defending the Senate, and ensuring that the Commonwealth remains a safe haven for those seeking reproductive care in the South. You made this possible, John.
We invite you to download and read the full report by clicking here. Here are a few highlights of our 2023 work in action.
- We were a top ten donor to each of our 10 candidates as of Election Day.
- We reached out to 377,435 voters by phone, postcards, texts, and doors — including an average of 43% of our candidates’ total calls to voters.
- We raised $679,197 for candidates and power-building organizations.
- We threw 554 team events for candidates.
Sister District Project is committed to the long-term work of shifting the balance of power in state legislatures across the country — and our year-to-year impact report is a testament to this work. Will you make a contribution to help us continue making an outsized impact?
