CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Justice will join T-Mobile executives tomorrow to announce the completion of a major multi-million dollar investment in West Virginia's network infrastructure.

This landmark investment has significantly improved connectivity for West Virginians across the state, particularly in rural and underserved areas.
