Friend, we're still organizing!
You may have received a call from one of our organizers or volunteers recently, and that's because we're still out here -- or in here, really — organizing for Alex from our homes.
This race means a lot to me, and to several others in Western and Central Massachusetts who have felt voiceless for a long time.
We now have the opportunity to elect a real people's champion to represent us in Congress, and we're going to continue to fight hard to get him elected. Can you help support our organizers today with a contribution of $15?
While Alex is busy taking care of his duties to Holyoke, we're holding down the fort at virtual campaign HQ. We're keeping up the momentum of this campaign because we believe that this moment is powerful enough to bring real change to our communities.
Alex is a true leader who leads with his communities beside him. He understands our frustrations because he's lived them first-hand. Our communities have been struggling for too long. We need better infrastructure overall -- that means better public transportation, more support for our small businesses, student debt reform to remove an economic burden from our young people, and answers to our ongoing housing crisis.
In his time as mayor, Alex has worked hard to support all members of our community. Whether a refugee or a young student, Alex has listened to our concerns and made them a priority. That is why Holyoke high schools have seen a 34% increase in graduate rates and why Alex designated Holyoke a sanctuary city.
Alex is the leader we need in Congress, but we can only get him there with your support. Virtual organizing comes with its own set of challenges and we need the funds to pay for technical equipment and online services.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your contribution will go through immediately.
Together we can get a voice for the people of MA-01 to Congress, and bring progress back to our district.
