Hey. Gavin Newsom here.

I wanted to write a quick note to say thank you.

In the past year, we have raised almost $4 million for President Biden's re-election, a number of state parties and a handful of candidates for House, Senate and Governor.

And one of the coolest parts to me is that the average donation for everything we've raised for others is less than $20.

I can't tell you what that support means to folks. You're raising 50, 60, $75,000 or more at a time for state parties that are often cash-strapped. One southern state party wrote to tell us your support was "not the icing on the cake, it's the cake."

The amount you are donating to campaigns frees up candidates to spend more time talking to voters.

Just last week, we raised $350,000 for the Democratic National Committee in the 24 hours after Donald Trump won the Iowa Caucus.

All of this support gives Democrats a better chance to win the White House, the Senate and the House in 2024.

So thank you.

Onward to great things in the year ahead.

🛟 Hi. Please don’t click away just yet. 🇺🇸

All across the country, rights are being rolled-back in real-time by Republicans with a zest for demonization. We are going to go on the road and on offense — in red states too — and take the fight to statehouses, local communities, and electoral battlegrounds to save our democracy.

If everyone reading this donated just $20, we could support every “Red State” party across the country and give Democrats a chance to win EVERYWHERE. If that sounds worth it and important to you, please donate $20 to the Campaign for Democracy today. Thank you.
