Team,

Our reproductive rights should be protected, full stop. But continued challenges to our rights at the federal level are making the fight for reproductive freedom in our states more important than ever.

Not only has Congress failed to pass nationwide protections for abortion access since Roe v. Wade was overturned, but now the Supreme Court has announced it will hear a case that could ban access to the most commonly used, FDA-approved drug for medical abortion and miscarriage management.

While we’re hopeful the courts will rule to protect access to proven safe healthcare practices, we can’t afford to leave these protections up to chance.

I’ve already introduced legislation to protect the reproductive rights of all Pennsylvanians, but a GOP-led Senate failed to bring it to a vote. That’s why I’m not letting up and am planning to continue to push for critical reproductive healthcare protections in the coming legislative session.

Protecting our rights will continue to be a challenge, but it’s a challenge I’m up for. Will you stand with me by chipping in $17 or whatever you can spare to help protect reproductive freedom in Pennsylvania? [link removed]

Thanks for standing with me,

Amanda
