Previously, Dennis was a member of the Democratic Party. In my view, individuals like Dennis ought to be guiding the upcoming generation of representatives. His decision not to do so means we're missing out on invaluable experience, connections, and knowledge that could have been passed down.

Our Congress is grappling with a troubling trend of leaders who hold onto power instead of nurturing new talent. Dennis, known for challenging the status quo, could have been an exception to this trend, focusing on empowering younger leaders.
