On January 31, 2024 at 10 a.m., the Senate Judiciary Committee will hear from CEOs of Meta, X, TikTok, Snap, and Discord regarding their failure to protect children online. The hearing will specifically focus on the package of online child protection legislation marked up in the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2023, including the STOP CSAM Act (S.1199), EARN IT Act (S.1207), and SHIELD Act (S.412).
