UPDATE Flag-Lowering Order #219 - In Honor of Former U.S. Sen. Herb Kohl

Executive Order #219 will be in effect beginning on Dec. 28, 2023, until sunset, Jan. 12,2024.

Given current weather conditions, it is acceptable for flags to remain at half-staff until they can be safely returned to full-staff.
