Many of you have been reaching out to my office asking how you can help your fellow Texans in need as we all come together to #BeatCoronaVirus.

There's one thing in particular that you could do -- right now -- that could help save lives.
 

The Red Cross is facing a severe blood shortage and they need your help. If you're healthy and able to give blood, click here to schedule an appointment.

The Red Cross has even implemented processes to allow you to give blood while maintaining social distancing. If you're unable to give blood at this time, we'd appreciate your help spreading the word on Facebook and Twitter.

As a reminder, as we engage in social distancing practices, it will become even more important for us to help Protect our Seniors and other at-risk neighbors. Click here to learn more about how you can get started in your community.
