It's our time make a change in Texas.
At this hour, Governor Greg Abbott and Attorney Gen. Ken Paxton are at war on the border with President Biden. The White House has warned Abbott to cease blocking federal officials on the border by midnight.
We all agree that serious changes need to be made to federal immigration law and border protection but Biden's warning to Abbott & Paxton comes after federal officials watched an immigrant mother and her two children drown while Texas officials blocked the feds from helping. So much for "pro-life".
Texas Republicans have continually passed legislation that ban books, makes it harder to vote, shames women from making their own healthcare decisions, restricts how teachers talk about racism and slavery in the classroom, all the while expanding access to firearms amidst horrific school & church shootings – and more.

Our election timeline for 2024 is tight. We have to meet our budget goals soon: Texas begin voting early in-person for the November 5th election in mid-October.
Abbott was recently gifted a six million dollar donation. And Paxton is going around the state raising money while seeking retribution against legislators that brought impeachment charges against him.
