Despite dozens of attempts by House Republicans to get rid of the Affordable
Care Act (ACA), this law has stood the test of time.
Why? Because it provides over 20 million Americans with health insurance who
wouldn’t otherwise have it. In fact, the Affordable Care Act is the most
popular it’s ever been.

National Republicans have been hellbent on ripping away healthcare for
millions of Americans and taking away coverage for people with pre-existing
conditions.
Susie Lee will never stop fighting in Congress to protect the Affordable Care
Act and the 1 in 4 Nevadans with pre-existing conditions who wouldn’t otherwise
be able to obtain the critical care they need. But if the GOP had their way,
this landmark legislation would be gutted overnight with absolutely no
