Earlier today, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in two cases that challenge the so-called "Chevron deference." These cases could ultimately undermine the ability of federal agencies to effectively do their jobs -- putting our environment, our safety, and our economy at risk.

Tomorrow, January 18th at 12pm ET, join Just Majority to hear from the American Constitution Society, Public Justice, Student Borrower Protection Center, and League of Conservation Voters. Learn what the these cases tells us about the Supreme Court's attack on effective government, why there’s growing support for Supreme Court reform, and where we go from here.

The Just Majority coalition includes leading advocates for the environment, consumer protection, reproductive rights, racial justice, gun violence prevention, racial justice, and judicial reform. Last year, the coalition kicked off its Supreme Court accountability campaign with a 20+ stop national bus tour. More information is available at justmajority.org.
