Just hours ago we received notice that Rep. Bill Foster has declined to
participate in an upcoming forum for congressional candidates in Illinois’
6th and 11th districts.
This is the fourth time that Bill Foster has declined to participate in or
canceled such an event.
We’ve said this before and we’ll say it again: Bill Foster’s lack of
participation in congressional debates and forums is a disservice to the
voters of this district, and weakens our democratic process.
Qasim is committed to debating and letting voters hear directly from him.
He’ll be there on January 24th and is proud to talk about his record,
