Michelle Steel has had a busy week flip-flopping on a national abortion ban. Again.
On Friday, right after talking to the
New York Times about how she supports exceptions to abortion restrictions,
Michelle signed onto a national abortion ban with no exceptions.
We know the truth: Michelle will do and say anything to stay in Congress, and we deserve better.
What do you think: Do Orange County families deserve a lifelong pro-choice representative who won’t change her mind just to win political points?
Steel has publicly changed her stance on reproductive rights repeatedly, and honestly, we’re getting whiplash. It’s time for her to be honest and just admit that she supports a full federal ban on abortion.
But she can’t do that because she
knows it’s a losing position with voters.
We need a representative who truly identifies with what we want, and who wants to protect our right to make decisions about our bodies (we’re talking about Kim):
In the race for Rep. Michelle Steel’s seat, how abortion is shaping up to be a key issue
“I’m infinity percent pro-choice. I am someone who is a survivor of rape and had a miscarriage last year … and is 14 days postpartum,” said Garden Grove Councilmember Kim Nguyen-Penaloza.

Let us know: Do we deserve Kim – someone who’s never waivered on her stance on choice – as our next representative?
Thanks, Team Nguyen
