As our reality continues to change in the wake of the coronavirus’ ongoing impact on individuals and our community, it’s important that we check on our people and look out for one another.
So we are coming together, virtually, to reach potential voters where they are….at home! YOU are officially invited to our first #CouchParty to help register voters. And everyone is invited -- your roommates, your family, your virtual happy hour clique, your sweet babies and even your pets -- to join our virtual party next Wednesday, March 25th, starting at 6pm ET.
We’ll be starting the Voter Registration #CouchParty with a kickoff call to get the party started and get you ready to take action. RSVP now to join the party online on Wednesday, March 25th, at 6 pm ET/3 pm PT.
Before we start, we’ll get you all set up on Outvote, the platform that we’ll be using to text voters together. Then, we’ll begin texting to engage eligible voters across the country to make sure they are registered and ready to vote!
Our goal is to contact 50,000 eligible voters in a 3-hour period, so it’s all hands on deck!
From a safe distance, we can still make an impact together to ensure that people are registered and ready to vote! So whether you are stuck on your parent's couch from the 1980s or the couch your roommate carried in from the curb, you can still get people to register to vote.
