Last year, we told you about the amazing criminal justice campaign
victories achieved by our Empathy Network leaders in SIX states. From
Arkansas to Washington, we saw many new bills become law directly through
the campaigning and organizing led by our justice leaders and Dream.Org.

This year, our Empathy Network State leads are gearing up to make even
more change in 7 states, building on old achievements and forging ahead to
make new impact and a more just criminal legal system.

* Mississippi (MS): Expungement Expansion
* Washington (WA): Retroactivity for Juvenile Offenders and Emerging
Adults Reform
* Wisconsin (WI): Supervision Reform
Led by directly impacted Empathy Network leaders across the country who
bring their lived experiences, dedication, and resilience to advocating
for legislation that promotes justice, equity, and an end to mass
incarceration.
While we focus on specific states for legislative change, the spirit of
our mission transcends geographical boundaries, and because we know you
