'Break It Down': No Consequences for Pro-Terrorism Protestors Assaulting White House |
by Joshua Arnold |
Ten weeks ago, I wrote of a November 4 protest at the White House in which a pro-Hamas mob "cursed the U.S. president, waved the flag of a foreign adversary, and endeavored to breach the White House compound." No one was held accountable for that vile display of hate and anti-Semitism, even from the president ostensibly committed to the extermination of these evils. So, in the least surprising development ever, the pro-terrorism protest happened again this Saturday, only bigger and bolder - and again with no consequences. |

Trump Dominates in Iowa Caucuses |

Former President Donald Trump has won the Hawkeye State's GOP caucuses in a landslide. On Monday night, Trump won 98 of 99 counties in Iowa, tying with Nikki Haley in Johnson County, each with 35.5% of the vote. Both the Associated Press and CNN called the caucuses for Trump within 30 minutes of votes being counted. |

The Most High Rules - Whoever Wins in November |
by Rob Schwarzwalder |
The Founders of our country were often at odds about what kind of nation they were forming. In the summer of 1787, as the Constitutional Convention wore on and contention grew, Benjamin Franklin rose and said this to his colleagues: "The longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth - that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid?" |

A Biblical Worldview on Elections: Our Political Engagement Should Glorify God |
by Sarah Holliday |
As I read through, I found that C.S. Lewis's "Screwtape Letters" touched on several ways the enemy attacks believers that are heavily relevant today. For instance, Screwtape said to Wormwood, "Certainly we do not want men to allow their Christianity to flow over into their political life." Naturally, as a Christian whose career is quite literally to have her Christianity flow into her political life (and to encourage others to do the same), this single line stood out to me. A lot. |

How Is the 'T' Different in 'LGBT'? |
by Sarah Holliday |
When considering the LGBT alphabet, I'm sure a lot comes to mind. On this, there are many factors to consider. First, as believers, we need to know what God's Word says to accurately convey it in the public square. Second, as believers, we need to know what God's Word says to appropriately behave in a way that serves as a witness to Christ, even amid the chaos of the public square. |

The Growing Ignorance of the Benefits of Marriage - and Why It's Dangerous |
by Rachel Sheffield |
A large percentage of Americans don't know or outright disagree that marriage builds stronger families and is linked to better well-being for children, according to the annual American Family Survey. This is despite the fact that such benefits have been proven time and again. These attitudes may be due in part to nearly half of all U.S. children today spending at least part of their childhood in a non-intact family. |
