Friend,

During my recent trip to Israel, I met with many brave soldiers who were
recovering from their injuries in the rehabilitation ward of Hadassah Hospital
Mt. Scopus in Jerusalem.

The opportunity to share my unwavering support of Israel and the soldiers of
the IDF was an emotional experience for me that has renewed my fight to stand
with our ally, Israel.

These soldiers exhibit the most honorable qualities in a warrior: they believe
so deeply in defending freedom and democracy that they are willing to sacrifice
life and limb for it.

As I heard from the injured warriors, I was impressed by their dedication to
the goal and sense of mission. I was honored to be able to share my experience
recovering from my war injuries as they began their recovery journey.

It’s up to us to make sure their fight and sacrifice are not in vain. That’s
why I need you to help me lead the charge: America must stand with our ally
Israel, always.

Friend, you have been a loyal supporter, so you are likely familiar with my
story as a combat veteran turned Congressman: I lost both my legs and a finger
in Afghanistan when a Taliban IED exploded beneath me.

I learned in the Army to rely on my fellow soldiers in my time of greatest
need…

And now, I am looking to you, humbly asking for your support to ensure this
fight remains strong. Please, if you can spare a generous donation, use the

I didn’t back down when terrorists blew off my legs, and my Israeli friends
haven’t backed down after their injuries, so I certainly am not going to back
down now. If you are willing to give your support, I give you my word I will
not give up this fight.
