🎉 GREAT NEWS! The Parent Bill of Rights, authored by Representative Wittke and Senator Wanggaard, passed out of the Assembly Committee on Family Law last week on a 6-3 vote.

TESTIMONY | Opposing Barriers for Entrepreneurs to Cottage Food Industry

WILL submitted testimony last week opposing AB 897 as it would introduce additional barriers for entrepreneurs—a $20,000 gross sales cap on all cottage foods, positioning WI as one of the most restrictive states for cottage food producers. 🚩

MEDIA MENTION | The Need for Transparency in Healthcare Prices

🏥 Wisconsin has 4th highest hospital prices in the nation. The cost of a CT scan ranges from $858 to $2,803 in Wisconsin. This price variation means that better information on prices could lead to real savings for patients.

ICYMI | Implications to Ending the Wisconsin School Choice Program

Governor Evers recently came out opposing the elimination of Wisconsin’s widely popular and successful school choice program. He acknowledged that doing so would be “traumatic to a whole bunch of families and kids.” 🚨
