Michelle Obama is an absolute Democratic icon.
✅ She made exercising and eating veggies cool again: She launched the "Let's Move!" campaign to inspire healthy habits and started the first White House garden since First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt to plant vegetables
✅ She took care of our students: The School Lunch Program to provide healthy lunches to low-income students and her "Reach Higher" invitiative helped underpriviledged children go to college and prepare for higher education
✅ She was a role model here and abroad: Through her "Let Girls Learn" initiative, she was able to help young girls go to school and reach their potential not just in America, but around the world
So today, we are not just wishing Michelle Obama a happy birthday, but we are saying thank you -- for everything!
