These virtual events will cover an overview of race discrimination and will consist of two panel discussions with AFGE’s Women’s and Fair Practices EEO Attorneys.
The first panel discussion tomorrow, January 17, 2024, will focus on how to prove a non-selection was based on race and will end with the highlighting of a few non-selection case decisions.
The second panel discussion on January 24, 2024, will focus on adverse actions, addressing discipline at the lowest level, how to prove an adverse action was based on race, and will end with the highlighting of a few adverse action case decisions.
