John, Donald Trump may be facing 91 felony charges across two criminal indictments – but we know these aren't his only crimes:

In fact, I am the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit against Donald Trump to hold him accountable for inciting the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection. 

I still remember that day – being told that we had to hit the floor. We were lucky to have made it out safely when we did. It was a dangerous moment, not only for individual members of Congress and the personnel in the Capitol, but it was dangerous for our democracy.
