I want to thank everyone who has already contributed to help me cover the expenses of next month’s Victory Institute campaign bootcamp in Phoenix.
We only need to raise another $817 to FULLY cover the cost of the training and travel to Arizona for this crucial opportunity.
I’d like to share with you what your contribution does and why this training is so important to our victory. (If you’re already convinced and you just haven’t had the chance to give, you can donate here.)
The Victory Institute runs this essential training program to support LGBTQ+ candidates like myself and set us up for success.
This four-day workshop is a golden opportunity to network with other candidates, experts, and community leaders that can boost our campaign.
It’s also a requirement in order to be considered for endorsement by the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund – a key endorsement that can make or break a race like ours.
Groups like Victory Fund rarely engage in a state like ours, and we need to show them Idaho is worth fighting for as much as any other state!
We’re not just flipping this seat in November. We’re flipping the script. We’re going to prove that every single seat in every single state is competitive for Democrats when we have faith and invest in our people.
To everyone who has already contributed, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you’re able to give a bit more today, please do. We’re so close and I can’t let this opportunity go to waste.
You can also forward this email to your family and friends who may be able to help.
David Roth is a single, gay dad running for Idaho’s Second Congressional District. We’re going up against a GOP incumbent who has been in this seat for almost 25 years. It’s time for change in Idaho, and our grassroots campaign is building on the momentum that began in David’s race for U.S. Senate last cycle. The GOP is not planning to defend this seat, so we plan to take it from them and help Democrats retake the House majority next year. We’d love your support to build a solid campaign to bring progress to Idaho and the country.
