The Department of Labor and Industry's (DLI's) Labor Standards Division is hiring 16 labor investigators. Labor Standards ensures workers are paid correctly and workplace protection laws are followed for all workers. It also helps employers prevent law violations before they occur. Labor Standards oversees laws including the Wage Theft Prevention Act, the Women?s Economic Security Act, the Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act, earned sick and safe time and more.

DLI is seeking candidates with diverse skills, backgrounds and language abilities.
