I'm headed to Iraq! In just a few days, I leave for a refugee camp in Northern Iraq to serve Syrian refugees with our team of doctors, nurses, medical personnel and other professionals. Despite Iran's recent bombing attacks in the region, we still feel God calling us to GO and we will obey! This will be my 10th year in a row traveling to the Middle East and a nation that means so much to me! God has opened a MASSIVE door to a bigger camp than we had originally planned as they are desperately asking us to help them! Right now, we are scrambling to purchase more supplies to make sure we have enough for this bigger camp— “The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.” We need to raise just over $9,000 in the next 4 days to purchase blankets, food and other supplies to arrive in time for our team to distribute! If you can help fund the last portion of our supplies, please give here: www.letusworship.us/iraq. |
On the ground, we will distribute food, clothing, and supplies, as well as provide medical care for those refugees. We want to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those fleeing war with only the shirt on their backs. We meet the physical needs and then the doors open wide to their hearts for us to meet the spiritual needs as well. Faith without works is dead—and we want to bring LIFE with us!! |
