We wanted to start the day off by sharing a couple of quick updates with you, Steven.

✅ Here's the GOOD NEWS: Last week, thanks to the incredible support of donors like you, Ilhan filed an unprecedentedly strong fundraising report with the FEC, and the resources this movement has brought together $5, $25, and $50 at a time has put our campaign in a very strong position to win this race.

❌ Here's the BAD NEWS: The clock doesn't stop ticking, and with January already well-underway, we're pacing behind where we need to be to keep our momentum up here in 2024. Plus, our average donation has plummeted by almost $9 each over the past week.

We know $9 doesn't seem like it'd make a huge difference, but over the course of a month, a quarter, or an entire campaign… it adds up to a lot. Especially when you fund things like we do, relying almost entirely on small-dollar, grassroots donations to keep us going.

Long story short? It's not great. But this movement has come through for Ilhan at times like these before, and we still have time to get back on track.

That's why we're asking:

Can you make a contribution — of anything you can — to help us close our January fundraising gap today? Every dollar goes a long way toward building the kind of campaign we need to win.
