Last night, election season officially kicked off when Iowans gathered to caucus for the Republican presidential nominee.

With the clock ticking, we now have just 294 days to go until the 2024 presidential election — and we can’t waste a moment. Our goal is to reach at least 10 million voters before then with information about voter ID rules where they live, and help them get an accepted form of ID if they don’t have one already.

Here’s why it’s so important we have the resources we need early on:

For eligible voters who don’t have an accepted form of ID to vote, it often takes weeks — even months — to obtain the underlying documents and schedule the necessary appointments.

That means we need to reach out to people and start the process right now. We don’t have a minute to waste.
