John, one of Stacey's biggest motivators throughout her time in public service has been empowering every American with the right to vote.

Stacey has learned the value of voting rights from the greats – including the late John Lewis. That's why she's been an advocate for the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act from day 1.

Voting rights are under attack, that much is clear. The courts have all but gutted what's left of the Voting Rights Act, which is why Congress needs to pass the JLVRA. It would strengthen and protect voting rights.
