This morning, I was a guest on Meet the Press to discuss the Republican presidential primary field ahead of tomorrow’s Iowa caucuses. Let me reiterate what I told Kristen Welker: These MAGA Republican candidates are not serious people.

While President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are delivering real results for real people, these GOP candidates (and their MAGA Republican counterparts in Congress) are only interested in trying to out-MAGA each other in any way they can.

There’s no question about it: Our nation – and our entire world – is at a crossroads. But instead of working with us in good faith to solve problems, Republicans at all levels of government are focused on banning books, attacking the LGBTQ+ community, and championing atrocious abortion bans,

John, our nation cannot afford another four years of Donald Trump or any other MAGA Republican in the White House. But make no mistake: This is going to be an incredibly close race.

I will continue doing everything I can to help Democrats hold the line up and down the ballot, keep Minnesota blue, and re-elect President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris this November, but the work cannot continue without your support.
