John, even with Republican attacks on the rise, the Biden administration is fighting hard to protect and expand Social Security!

FIRST: They announced a HUGE 8.7% INCREASE to Social Security payments!

BUT THEN: The GOP doubled down on their efforts to CUT Social Security benefits for MILLIONS of Americans by attempting to attach it to debt ceiling legislation.

FORTUNATELY: President Biden refused to sign ANY cuts and stood up to the GOP, protecting Social Security ONCE AGAIN!

BUT NOW: GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson has announced a debt commission dedicated to “investigating” potential cuts to Social Security and Medicare. And the Biden administration has even called the commission “death panel for Medicare and Social Security.”

John: The Republican party is WILDLY out of step with the 72% of likely voters who say they OPPOSE the creation of such a commission and the 93% of likely voters who believe the U.S. should increase or maintain benefits.

Luckily, the Biden administration CONTINUES to be a brick wall to protect and expand Social Security. But Pres. Biden can’t stop the GOP by himself. He needs YOU to have his back, especially going into this critical election year!
