Nearly three years ago, we started a journey together, and that journey was Reform UK.

In such a remarkably short space of time, we have achieved more than anybody predicted - and we're only just getting started.

Throughout everything we've done so far, we've never lost sight of the thing that makes our party different from all of the others. And that's you.

Today, we're asking you to tell us a little more about yourself and the part you've played in our journey so far.

Like any growing organisation, we want to make sure that we continue to talk and listen to our supporters, to understand them and to learn about what drives them to be involved.
