Team,

In just a minute, we are going to ask you to contribute $3 — or whatever you can afford — to our movement, but first, we are going to share a few facts with you:

If everyone reading this email chipped in $3 today, we could:

1. Continue to support changemaking Senators like Tammy Baldwin and Jon Tester in vulnerable races across the country to maintain the Democratic Senate majority.
2. Help shift the needle on critical House races to bring a Democratic majority back to the People’s House.
3. Fight to unseat extremist Republicans like Ted Cruz who pose a threat to our fundamental democratic freedoms and elect Colin Allred who will fight for American families.
4. Have the financial resources to continue building our pro-democracy movement in a time of growing MAGA extremism.
5. Breeze past our January fundraising goal

That's the power of your $3.

But the problem is not everyone donates. And we get it, it’s not always easy to give.

And that's why it’s especially important that YOU chip in if you can afford it. Because our movement is powered by folks like you, $3 at a time. And your $3 today will put us one step closer to protecting our democracy.

We know it sounds like a lot of weight to carry, but the only way we can succeed in creating change is if we work together.

That’s why we have to ask:

Can you please make a $3 contribution to the Long Run today? When you contribute today, we will put your $3 straight to work and continue supporting changemaking candidates who need our support.

Thank you for giving your $3 today if you can afford it and for being a part of this team.
