I just checked ActBlue for our latest fundraising numbers, and we’re not on track to hit our mid-month goal before midnight.

Look, as Josh’s Finance Director, a HUGE part of my role is preparing our budgets. I base them off what we project we’ll be able to raise each month.

But if we fall short of those projections, I have to tell Josh and Jeff — our campaign manager — that they need to find places to cut back.
