Friends,

There has been a lot of noise around our race since Lauren Boebert jumped in. Although it’s important to remember that we have to do everything we can to ensure Boebert does not win this race to represent CD-4, it’s also important for me to remind you all who I am and why I’m even running for Congress in the first place. 

I’m John, and I’m a father, husband, engineer, environmental scientist, and addiction/recovery advocate. 

I’m running because I love this community, and I know we deserve more from our representatives in Congress. Our seniors deserve to grow old with dignity, our young people should be able to buy a home and build a family, and our kids deserve a future full of opportunities. And they should all be able to do so in Colorado’s 4th District. 

Washington is broken, and we all feel the impact of this dysfunction. We need better leadership, free from division and inaction. Our representatives should be working to deliver results, not to make headlines and line their pockets with dollars from special interest groups. I know we can win this race, and defeat the type of extremism that Lauren Boebert represents. 

But I can’t do it alone. 

That’s why I’m reaching out to ask if you’ll chip in $10 to my campaign today.

While $10 may not seem like much, every little bit goes a long way in a grassroots campaign like ours. Even since Boebert announced she was moving districts, we’ve been able to raise over $50k with the average donation at just $30.32. It’s remarkable what can be done when everyone chips in what they can.
