Debra Messing here. If you still think of me as Grace from Will & Grace,
that’s fine too — so long as you hear me out on why I’m reaching out to
you today!

I’m not just a Democrat or an actress. I’m also a mom. In fact, that’s the
most important part of who I am. And I know that California needs a
fighter for our democracy as California’s next U.S. Senator to preserve
our precious democracy for future generations.

I’ve spent years organizing support to oppose Donald Trump and the MAGA
Republicans who have been working day and night to tear down our
democracy.

After everything we’ve fought for — LGBTQ+ equality, women’s rights,
reproductive freedom, and so much more — there’s been an ugly backlash
from MAGA Republicans that shows just how fragile the progress we’ve
fought for really is.

We need a Senator who can get things done. Who can pass crucial
legislation and oppose MAGA Republicans’ antidemocratic power grabs.
