Took on the Pentagon to open ground combat roles to women, advocating to both sides of the aisle
Raising two young boys as a working mom after life-threatening pregnancies -- so you can count on MJ to protect and improve our health care

And here's what Sen. Cornyn has been up to during the same time:

Raising tons of money from private detention companies, big pharma, and the gun lobby
Trying to repeal health care protections for Texans -- twenty times
